If buildings were people, then our Manor House would be the Grand Old Dame of Spier. Our lovingly restored historical landmark is available for your exclusive use, offering several beautifully restored historic spaces.
Here, crackling fires and contemporary art create an atmosphere where old-world charm meets modern thinking. Two meeting rooms, a drawing room, and a peaceful courtyard offer various spaces for conversation and contemplation.

The Main Dining Room:
A generous mahogany table comfortably seats up to 24 guests for lunch or dinner.
The Private Dining Room:
Ideal for smaller groups, this room seats up to 10 guests in an intimate setting.
The Drawing Room:
For a change in scenery, enjoy drinks and snacks in this intimate space.
The Voorkamer:
Also known as the Contemplation Room, this private space is perfect for quiet reflection or intimate conversations.
Meet at the Manor
Situated in the heart of the farm alongside Spier’s Werf, The Manor is perfectly located to enjoy all the farm has to offer. It includes a private outdoor couryard enclosed with vines, and access to a contemplation pond overlooking the Eerste River. The Manor boasts a restored farm kitchen and open hearth fire. Modern technology includes display screen.

With serene views of the meandering Eerste River, this light-filled space features a single gathering table for 12, complemented by casual breakout areas and a vine-covered terrace perfect for creative thinking.
Yellowwood Lounge
Adjacent to our historic Old Wine Cellar, this versatile space welcomes up to 40 guests. With a comfortable breakout room for informal discussions, a verandah overlooking the serene Eerste River, and a relaxing atmosphere, it’s ideal for both productive and creative gatherings.
The Riverhouse
A vibrant space filled with over 400 Creative Block artworks, this space perfect for meetings that require creative thinking. With both indoor and outdoor areas alongside the Eerste River, the venue accommodates 16-30 guests and offers seating options and a breakaway observatory.
