Wood-fired cooking meets farm-fresh ingredients at this family-style smokehouse. Here, heritage recipes and ethical sourcing create gatherings that honour both tradition and taste.
Open on fairweather days, our Bubbles & Braai pop up on the Werf serves good South African food off the open fire. Expect enjoy Karoo lamb, Farmer Angus burgers and boeries - complimented with your favourite Spier wine.
