On Saturday, 1 March, we opened the doors of our newly reimagined hotel, welcoming our first guests after a year-long closure. The day before, we gathered with our Spier team, family, and close friends for an intimate roof-wetting ceremony—marking this fresh beginning with warmth and gratitude.

Guided by the values of abundance, connection, and care for the land, the hotel is a place to slow down and savour life’s simple pleasures. Our menus celebrate the best seasonal ingredients, sourced from our farm and like-minded producers. Every space has been thoughtfully renewed to offer a sense of comfort and belonging.

Our Spier choir opened the ceremony with heartfelt melodies, setting the tone for this special milestone.
